Made-to-order products

Products may be prepared to your selected size, ingredients, scent direction or instructions. Goods made to the consumer's wishes or personal needs and not reasonably resalable may fall within the statutory withdrawal exception. This does not remove rights for defective, incorrect, incomplete or damaged goods.

Cancellation and refunds

Email your order number before production starts. For defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders, include photos and your requested remedy. Where legally due, refunds are issued within required periods and through the original payment method where required. Obtain written instructions first.
