Mastic is the bright, not dark, side of resin. This character, derived from the Pistacia lentiscus tree, initially imparts a bright green and pine-like freshness; then, juniper-like, woody, and clean balsamic layers unfold.
Its scent is far from the usual idea of sweet gum. Initially, a slightly bitter and terpenic vibrancy is felt. Over time, this sharpness softens; a calm balance is established between warm Mediterranean wood, dry aromatic leaves, and transparent resin. A clarity that evokes a mineral and slightly salty atmosphere further highlights the natural freshness of the scent.
Mastic adds transparency to compositions while also connecting them. It makes citrus drier, herbs brighter, and woody notes cleaner and more resinous. Within the appearance of a tiny "drop," it is a surprisingly vibrant, green, and historically rich world.

How should I apply this oud?
Apply a single drop to pulse points — wrist, neck, behind the ears. Concentrated oils bloom over minutes, so wear sparingly.
How long does it last?
Pure oud oil is exceptionally long-lasting; expect 10–12 hours on skin and considerably longer on fabric.
How is it shipped?
