Mimosa Absolute — The Soft Side of the Sun
Some flowers fill a space with their scent; mimosa, however, seems to change the light of that space. Beneath the cheerful appearance of its golden-yellow flowers lies an unexpectedly calm, powdery, and deep character.
Mimosa Absolute initially evokes soft yellow flowers and fresh green branches. Then, a velvety powdery sensation, a moderate warmth of honey, and subtle textures reminiscent of sun-dried hay emerge. At its very bottom, a faint, dry, elegant shadow reminiscent of tea remains.
It is honeyed but not sugary. It is green but not sharp or grassy. It is powdery but does not turn into a cosmetic powder scent. All layers are connected with soft transitions, resulting in a warm, peaceful, and highly refined floral character.
Mimosa's small, spherical flowers appear light and ethereal from a distance. In its absolute form, this delicate image intensifies; in addition to the sunny side of the flower, its waxy, dry, and slightly earthy depth is also felt. Therefore, Mimosa Absolute is not just "a beautiful smelling yellow flower." It is a raw material that changes as you get closer, calms down on the skin, and slowly reveals itself.
Its name also carries a small botanical surprise: The flower we know as mimosa in perfumery comes not from the Mimosa genus, but from the Acacia dealbata tree, known for its slender grey-green leaves and fragrant yellow flower clusters.
In perfume compositions, it creates an elegant bridge between bright flowers and warm notes. It softens sharp edges, gives natural fullness to the floral structure, and subtly places a sunny warmth within the scent. It does not loudly announce its presence; however, its absence is immediately felt when removed.

How should I apply this oud?
Apply a single drop to pulse points — wrist, neck, behind the ears. Concentrated oils bloom over minutes, so wear sparingly.
How long does it last?
Pure oud oil is exceptionally long-lasting; expect 10–12 hours on skin and considerably longer on fabric.
