UHUD was born out of reverence for this memory.

Drawing inspiration from the dignified stance of Uhud, the serenity of Medina, and the love felt for our Prophet ﷺ, this special work is a scent of devotion, prepared to establish a sense of closeness and remembrance through fragrance.

The olfactory memories shared by those who have visited Uhud hold a special place in the inspirational world of this work. Scents said to be caught on a breeze, scents that leave words insufficient when described, scents remembered with longing even after returning... The emotional world of these narratives, which varies from person to person, forms the starting point of UHUD. Here, scent becomes a language for one to turn once again toward a place they love and an affection they carry.

Its notes are a secret; the care in their selection is part of its character.

UHUD has been prepared by bringing together carefully selected, rare, natural fragrance raw materials. The names of the notes in the formula are not shared. This privacy creates space for the work to be recognized within its own integrity: through the impression it leaves upon the first encounter, the expression it gains when meeting the skin, and the emotion it embeds in the memory over time.

In natural perfumery, the value of a raw material is understood not only by its rarity but also by its olfactory depth. Two materials mentioned under the same name can carry very different expressions in terms of their origin, processing, and maturity. The subtlety of a composition emerges in the relationship these materials establish with one another. How much space is allowed for one’s strong character, which detail the other complements, and the balance the whole achieves, shape the identity of the resulting scent.

The meticulousness in the preparation of UHUD is also based on this understanding. Each natural raw material’s contribution to the emotion the work carries has been considered. The value of rarity has been contemplated alongside the meaning it adds to the whole.

This work does not claim to represent the scent of our Prophet ﷺ exactly. It draws inspiration from the affection that the narrations regarding his beautiful scent awaken in hearts and from the memory that Uhud carries. The word "nispet" (devotion/allusion) finds its meaning here: a desire to connect with a beloved memory, a sense of closeness, and reverence.
